uninstall whatsapp from your phone
click on whatsapp icon
click on uninstall
then reinstal whatsapp application from: here
choose download
Open WhatsApp 
a banned message will sappear
click on Support
write your problem and add a screenshot of your banned message
add your number
click on “Next” and scroll down
Select “This does not answer my problem”
send the email to whatsapp support at support@whatsapp.com
your WhatsApp account will unbanned within 48hrs
