What you suffer is a disorder compulsive eating disorder or compulsive bulimia, and it is considered as a result of a psychological reason such as depression, pressure, or stress, as this psychological state leads to food craving and eating large quantities of food which leads to weight gain and obesity.

The disorder is caused by the lack of awareness of methods to discharge psychological pressure, and thus the person tends to eat food much, which helps him / her to be relieved, and then causes feelings of guilt, and thus increases psychological pressure, and so on.
Treatment depends on:
  • Go to the doctor for various examinations and ensure that there is no hormonal or physical cause for the food craving.
