Intermittent fasting has many different ways depending on the hours and the time of fasting.

Intermittent fasting is not beneficial for all people and what we recommend is intermittent fasting daily before bedtime 4 hours until morning while maintaining a healthy  nutrition and eating 5 small, healthy and various meals during the day time daily.
 
Other methods of fasting are not considered as healthy as 24-hour fasti
