 B1455 code mean theres aproblem in cilmate system Some of the possible faults 

• the flap is simply stuck
• the stepper motor is failing/jammed
• the stepper motor needs syncing

Stepper motor syncing is the easiest (but least likely) fix and can only be done with STAR. It always has to be done if the motor is removed or replaced.
