We would like to inform you that we do not recommend following the blood type diet because it may put you at risk of malnutrition, because it depends on the deletion of major food groups from your diet.
Nutrition beneficial to the human body
To get a healthy and balanced food should be as diverse in food groups as possible, and eat each food group according to the recommendations, the recommended amount of foods vary from person to person depending on age, level of activity, sex and other factors, these groups are classified as follows:
-Vegetables: Eat 5 servings a day of fresh vegetables such as 1 cup of leafy vegetables, 1/2 cups of chopped vegetables, or 1/4 cup of natural vegetable juice
-Fruits: Eat 3-4 servings of fresh or dried fruits daily, such as a medium fruit or half a cup of chopped fruit, a quarter cup of natural fruit juice, or a quarter cup of dried fruit.
-Cereals: Eat 6-8 servings of legumes a day of whole grain and fiber-rich cereals such as a slice of bread, or a cup of pasta, uncooked rice, half a cup of pasta, cooked rice, or half a cup of grilled corn
-Dairy: Eat 3 servings of low-fat and fat-free dairy cup of milk or a cup of yogurt
-Meat: Eat 8-9 servings of poultry, meat, and skinless eggs per week.
-Eat fish twice a week
