I have tried every single diet but at the end I get bored and I stop, I work out whenever I have the time to but I keep gaining weight I’m 160 cm and 75 kgs and I’d love to lose weight. Can you give me a diet that is full of flavor but yet healthy so I don’t stop it.

We would like to inform you that an example of a healthy diet to lose weight:

- Drink 2 cups warm water on an empty stomach with lemon juice or ginger soaked or detox liquid in the desired quality

- Breakfast: a small brown loaf or bran or 2 toasted toasts / 2 egg whites or 2 tablespoons chickpeas or a piece of boiled white cheese or 2 non-smoked turkey slice / tablespoon labneh or cheese triangle or a slice of cheddar / half a cup of milk or Shenina.

- Snack: apple or banana medium or orange medium size.

- Drink a cup of unsweetened green tea half an hour before lunch.

Lunch: Vegetable cup stew cooked such as peas or green beans or green beans or Molokhia or spinach and can be replaced with a cup of vegetable salad with lemon, vinegar and spices / rice spoons / 60 g. A cup of low-fat milk.

- Snack: banana or pear or 17 small grapes or guava.

A cup of unsweetened ginger or cinnamon half an hour before dinner.

- Dinner: cup of vegetable salad / cup of low-fat yogurt / apple.
