Tips to lose weight


  • drink 8 cups of water daily to keep the milk in your breast and keep your body moist
  • Eat oatmeal breakfasts because it is very useful in milk production and it helps in weight loss
  • Eat carrots daily to get beta-carotene and to get healthy carbohydrates and fiber as well
  • Drink boiled chowder, because it is a plant that contributes on milk production as it helps in the process of digestion
  • Daily, eat a handful of walnuts, almonds and cashews to get unsaturated fats useful in the secretion of prolactin hormone responsible for milk production
  • Drink a glass of ginger daily on a full stomach. It is powerful for milk enhancer and helps to accelerate your fat burning
  • Eat a little, not too much garlic in your food, do not overdo it so that the milk is not affected by garlic and becomes unpalatable to the child
  • Stay away from caffeine in tea, coffee, and artificial sweeteners because it all affects milk

Example of healthy diet


  • Breakfast: 1 cup low fat milk +1/2 cup oatmeal or 1 slices of brown bread + banana or small apple + 2 boiled eggs or 60 g cheese or 8 tablespoons beans 
  • Snack: 1 cup natural juice or 2 pieces of unsalted biscuits
  • Lunch: 5 spoons of rice or 3 small boiled potatoes + 1 cup cooked vegetables (Squash+ carrots + broccoli+ peppers) or 1 cup green salad + 180 g chicken breast or calf meat or cup and lentils cooked or green beans
  • Snack: 2 tablespoons raisins, dried apricots or dried figs
  • Dinner: 90 g grilled fish + cup of milk + cucumber or two lettuce, peppers or the same breakfast without bread.
