We would like to inform you that 3 year old child needs 1000 calories per day. You can follow the following system:

Breakfast: 1 cup full-fat milk (daily for breakfast) + palm-sized bread or toast slice (preferably brown bread, rich in fiber) + tomato or lettuce (you can cut vegetables and add flavorings to them or incorporate them into a food component to be accepted by your child) + boiled egg, a piece of white cheese or a teaspoon of peanut butter
 
Lunch: 30 meat of any kind, such as chicken, red meat and fish (mashed with flavorings placed on them to be accepted by your child) + boiled potato text or cooked rice cup + fruit or text of a cup of fruit salad or text of a glass of natural juice Your child would not have preferred the fruit or juices you can combine with the milk and present it in the form of a cocktail or plain feet as an alternative to the fruit)
 
Snack: A cup of cocktail consisting of a glass of whole milk or a cup of yogurt mixed with a small banana.
 
Dinner: hand-sized bread or toast slice + spoon of nutella or pistachio butter + cup of vegetable soup or a cup of salad.
 
You can add avocados, olive oil, flour, mayonnaise, ground nuts and honey to the food to increase the nutritional value of the meal.
