How to lose weight and get rid of fat?


- Follow a healthy diet that provides fewer calories than your body which has to be matched to weight, height, age, and sex per person individually.
- Exercise daily for 45 minutes to tighten the body and burn fat.
- Try organizing your meals and scheduling them.
- Do not neglect any meal, especially breakfast.
- Drink at least 3 liters of water a day.
- Try drinking 2 cups of water before each meal.
- Drink 2 cups warm water on the saliva in the early morning with lemon juice.
- Eat fat burning herbs that contribute to body weighting such as green tea, ginger, cinnamon and lemon.
- Eat 3 servings of fruit daily and 5 servings of vegetables.
- Replace the pots you use with small pots.
- Keep away from fast-food meals and canned foods.
- Reduce the fat in your meal, especially fat, such as butter and obesity.
- When you feel hungry, eat vegetables or leafy vegetables for a few calories.
