Hi My daughter is 3 and half years old but...

Hi My daughter is 3 and half years old but recently she is not eating anything well.. mostly she is drinking water and milk and other stuff which are not healthy How to make her eat well? Should i buy her vitamins or other medicines to keep her healthy?

General instruction:

- Offering small portions of food even if it seemed inadequate is considered adequate with the repetition of a child who lacks appetite.
- Prepare foods that the child likes and involve him in food preparation and selection.
- Avoid giving baby biscuits and chocolates if they do not eat the main meal.
- Prevent the child from any foods before the main meals time to make him feel hungry.
- The child is encouraged to eat with a group of friends or other children.
- Use colors or pictures of your child's favorite characters.
- If the child dislikes food, make him try it after a while or at a later time because the children's tastes change from time to time.
- Give him a variety of vegetables and try to leave time between each of them and involve him to participate in the preparation.
- Try to provide food in a striking way to grab the attention of the child.
- The child must eat enough food for his / her physical needs, which varies with his / her age. Therefore, try to give the child enough food to be healthy, rich in vitamins, minerals and a variety of all food groups, including vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, meat, milk and dairy products.
- Make him eat a rich and saturated breakfast if he is older than a year, such as eating a boiled egg with 2 yogurt tablespoons and bread and drinking a glass of whole fat milk for example.
- Make sure to schedule meals for the child where it is possible to identify 3-5 meals of breakfast, lunch, dinner and two meals of milk in the morning and evening or give him two snacks instead of milk and its components, such as rice with milk and fruit with milk.
- Ask your child to help with food preparation and serve it or even shopping to bring back his appetite to eat.
- Do not annoy the child by insisting on food in a bad way, but try to tell him about the food benefits.
- Explain to the child the need to eat healthy food to grow properly.
