 Dear Customer,
Thanks for joining and trusting us, much appreciated!

Nutrition of diabetic patients depends on several factors where they should:

-The diet, regardless of its purpose, corresponds to the patient's weight, height, age and sex, which determine his nutritional status and energy needs.
-His medical examinations for fats and sugar are cumulative periodically.
-Level of physical activity.
-You should consult your doctor before following any diet to gain weight or lose weight.
-Diet should be suitable for medication, dosages and appointments.
To increase your weight, increase the amount of food intake, taking care to follow the instructions that will be provided to avoid high blood sugar. We recommend that you exercise daily under the supervision of a sports coach to build a muscle mass in the body to increase weight and strengthen the body without increasing fat and slimming.

-Preferably eat the last meal before sleep, especially if the patient is treated with insulin
