How to reduce body fat?

  • reduce your intake from suger, it's may be the primary driver of excess fat in the belly and whole body
  • eat plenty of protein from egg, meat, pltary, fish , it can boost your metabolism and reduce hunger levels-, 
  • drink 8-12 glasses of water, if you don't drink enough amount of water, your metabolism may slow down.
  • include 2-3 cups of green tea a day to boost your metabolism 
  • eat whole grain foods such as: oatmeal, brown rice and whole bread, it requires more energy to be digested than processed grained, so making most of your food choices based on whole grains optimizes energy spent on thermogenesis.
  • aim to exercise 3-4 times per week, it can be very effective to lose fat, focuse on cardio and weight lifting
