Can you talk a walk before having breakfast ?
there is no specific details about have a regular walk , so its ok to talk before or after your breakfast , but its also depends on some factors such as :
1. you should be hydrated before and during talking the walk
2. if you usually dont have dinner ( in the last night ) , then its preferable to have a walk after your breakfast 
3. seperate the time between meal and exercise for about 30 - 60 mnts to get the best of both of them
