How can I lose weight?

  • Do not skip your breakfast in order to eat fewer calories throughout the day
  • Eat enough protein through the day,  it is digested at a slower rate than crabs, so you'll feel full for longer time

  • Use small glasses, spoons and plates because you'll think you ate more

  • Build muscles mass to stimulate the metabolic rate and emphasize fat burning
  • You need to sleep for 8 to 9 hours each night, because lack of sleep leads to increase appetite, lowers working capacity, and bolsters cravings for high-calorie foods
  • Drink 2 cups of green tea per day, green tea consumption has been proven to increase thermo genesis and fat oxidation due to its content of caffeine

You need to consum 1200 Kcal/day, in ordr to lis 0.5 kh per week, and you will lose more calories if you start workout 4 times/week
 

1200 Kcal diet 

  • Breakfast: 1 small apple or 2 slices of fresh mango + 1 boiled egg or 30g of cheese + 1/2 of a whole-wheat bagel or 1/2 cup of unsweetened oatmeal + 1 cap low fat milk
  • Snack: 1/2 cup of blueberries or raspberries
  • Lunch : 1 cup of salad with carrots, tomato, and leafy greens + 1/2 cup of black bean soup or lintel + 2/3 cup of cookd rice + 3 ounces of chicken or steak
  • Snack: 1/4 ounce of walnuts
  • Dinner: 1 cups of steamed broccoli or kale + 3 ounces of grilled salmon
