The healthy breakfast is a varied meal that contains types of the five food groups, namely carbohydrate , meat, milk, vegetables and fruits, which should be taken in a period not exceeding 1-2 hours after waking up, such as:

  • Boiled egg, small brown loaf of bread, one cucumber, half a cup of fresh orange juice, 2 tablespoons of yogurt.
  • 2 egg whites, 2 pieces of toast in toaster, one cup of vegetable slices, small banana, 2 triangle cheese.
  • 2 slices of turkey, 2 tablespoons of yogurt, small brown loaf of bread, lettuce leaves, an apple.

Healthy breakfast


The healthy breakfast is a varied meal that contains types of the five food groups, namely carbohydrate , meat, milk, vegetables and fruits, which should be taken in a period not exceeding 1-2 hours after waking up
the breakfast is considered as the main meal in the day, which we advice to get for all persons with any nutrition condition and for those with a normal weight, a less than or more than normal or for those with an obesity, since breakfast is:

  • - The main source of energy during the day.
  • - To avoid over-consuming food after a while from getting up.
  • -To stimulate the metabolism, which is the process of the buildup and the breakdown in in the body.


A healthy breakfast meal is an excellent meal in the early morning. This meal can be healthy with many options, considering that it should include:

  • - A portion of meat, including boiled egg, 2 egg whites, 2 turkey slices, 2 tablespoons of chick-peas, 4 tablespoons of beans or 30 grams of tuna.
  • - A portion of the vegetables, such as cucumber, a glass of vegetable slices or a cup of salad.
  • - A portion of the fruit group, which is a medium-sized fruit or half a cup of natural fruit juice
  • - A portion of the milk group, including a milk cup or 2 tablespoons of condensed yoghurt, 2 cheese triangles, 2 slices of cheddar or a cup of milk.
  • - 2 servings of carbohydrates, which include a small brown bread, 2 slices of toast or 2 loaves of bread.
