Good evening Actually my job they are asking me to lose weight to lose 10 kilo ....it hard for me as I m working too much no time to go to gym ...if it possible to suggest me ...I don’t know how I should start ?!.

Tips to lose weight

  • Eat small frequent meals, so you feel more satisfy and inhibit hunger
  • You need to exercise 3 times a week as minimum range, try to combine cardio and weightlifting in your daily workout
  • Do not skip your breakfast in order to eat fewer calories throughout the day
