How to lose fat?

  • Cut Back on Sugars and Starchesreduce your appetite to lower your insulin levels and make you lose weight without hunger.
  • Eat lean protein such as beef, chicken, tuna, egg wight
  • Eat low-carb vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, tomatoes, kale, cabbage, lettuce, cucumber
  • It is best to do some sort of resistance training like weight lifting. If that is not an option, cardio workouts are also effective.
  • Drink water a half hour before meals
  • Get a good night's sleep, every night
  • Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods
