Dear Sir/Madam,
Could you please advise if swearing at someone outside work premises would undermine my end of services. Unfortunately I was provoqued today by some driver and I reacted angrily by swearing, I feel stupid for reacting that way and hindsight I wouldn't have done so. The driver has put up a complaint at a Qatari police station. Please advise with many thanks.

1- the driver does not work with me 2-I am an engineer3- and threatened to hit him but I didn't get out of my car .I used the F word4-This happened outside work place

first of all what you did had two sides:
1: threaten other man
2: use bad words against others
both action has punishment in Qatari Law if the other part made claim against you
and the bad part that if you he prove his claim and you get the punishment you will lose your job . especially if the sentence will be the jail...
fortunately you have a way to get from this problem . cause this kind of crimes Based on the complaint aggrieved; However if you could find him and make him waives the complaint , you will not get the punishment .
My advice for you to found the driver and finish the problem with him
