I lived in dubai.my husband want to separate with me.the reason because i do practising as a good muslim.he said choose him or religion.i never answer .so he want to me out from the house we rent. I dont want to live the house .besides i love him and also i found he cheating on me .i thought this is the reason he want to live me. I wish he will come back to me n God guide him.so how about if he is really to push me to out from the house ,it is legal what he do.we married in islam way in my country .thanks

I came from indonesia and my husband came from New zealand was he convert to islam .we have 1 daughter 11 years old.our marriage has been nearly 13 years.

Thanks for answering 
first as long as you are still marrige you husband has to spend on you and the kids. and this is include the house and food and medical treatment and .....etc , and if he want you to leave the house you live on it now , He should find other house for you and kids for living 
In case the worse  is happen and your husband divorce you, you have the right to ask for house for you and your kids cause they are in  your cusdoty , and he has to pay you your alimony plus the kids expenses , this is depending in Islamic Law
