Good afternoon..I need your advice sir..regarding...
Good afternoon..I need your advice sir..regarding my daughter being physically abused by a guy working with her in a restaurant...her both hand were twisted after smelling meat which she suspected as expired because of it's darkening colour...it was happened last week..I spoke with the manager after 2 days coz my daughter did not confess to me at once...I want to file a case against this guy but he keep on asking apology to my daughter...now she wants to resign...coz as if she has a trauma of what happen but she's only 4 months working there...what is the best
thing to do...please help me...

About your daughter case , I do not advice her to resign, and that's because she has rights following the labor law in UAE . and she will lose this rights if she resign
so what i advice to Negotiation about her right plus the compensation for damage which happened to her from what the cook did
