I forgot my orca electric box password

As for forgetting the password of your electric box, you can follow these steps:
- Review the company for getting the last statement of consumption during the previous month.
- Record the meter number and attach the above statement to it and submit it to the company.
- Bring proof of ownership of the electric meter and provide it to the company for the purpose of obtaining a new password of the electric box , and this may be entailed of additional fees.
