Good day.. Here's a little background. My fiancee is an executive assistant and working in a company based in abu dhabi. A month ago her employer assaulted her by means of physical violence and got hurt in the process. After that she went immediately to the police to file a complaint. The Police requested her to have a medical examination and provide a medical certificate for their reference. This was done and she got a case registered to them. In addition a witness was held to give a statement in her behalf. My fiancee also filed a case in Labour. Now both parties had been summoned for an appointment twice already. The outcome is that they are forcing my fiancee to resign and sign a document written in arabic which of course she does not know whats in it, The representative of her employer is saying that they will file an absconding case againsts her if she does not sign the document. At the end she did not sign. Now we dont know how to proceed. Can you please give us advices or can we have an appointment to meet with you so that we can discuss further the issue at hand. -----
