We would like to inform you that if the heirs are limited to a wife and children, the wife has the 1/8 of the inheritance, as Allah SWT said " But if they have a child, for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt."

The rest will be distributed as " Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

Note that inheritance not easy matter to deal with it according to Fatwa, so you have to go to the Sharia court so the judge will assure that there is not debts or unknown heirs, to be distributed according to Sharia.
