AsSalamu Alaikkum May I know the sheriya law of inheritance when the father dies without any sons. The closest male relative who will inherit the estate is his( deceased peson's) brother/ uncle of these daughters. I would like to know the obligations of this uncle towards the daughters and wife of the deceased. Two of the daughters are married. The wife / our mom has brothers. one daughter/ our sister isn't married yet. The properties are not sold yet. Who is incharge of fathers debts, sisters marriage and other family expenses? If the deceased person's debt is towards his brother/ our uncle who is inheriting, do the daughters have to pay him? I
