Give the cow VITAMIN K3 ingection IM- intramuscular by 20 ml as amiddle dose therapy  daily for five days
five days  vitamin k3  recommended for this case,also Amoxicillin-antibiotic 100ml-noorbrok is very effective in this case, but before using these dugs you must use teat cannula to release or to make the milk out of udder as possible as you can, try to use also intramammary infusion ingection-procain benzyel pencillin 5%  but them inter the teats after  using teat cannula to lay the milk out of breast, use  them daily  for five days , in additional to that if there  is swelling in the breast you should use dexamthazone cream- or udderine cream daily for 5 days
