1188650 There are black colored dust in the lower area of my cat's chin. It makes my cat feel itchy. I don't see any cat that scratch himself that much. When I try to remove them, my cat gets grumpy. Once I gave him a bath and removed every single dust. But in time they appeared again. What is this?
