According to the medical diagnosis of diarrhoea, you can give your cat the following treatment such as
SULPHADIMIDINE 33% 100ML OR  SULPHAGUANIDINE ORALLY  
  Give the cat 2 ml daily once time for five days, you should also give it flagyl syrap 1ml orally one time daily for five days these drugs  avilable in every veterinary clinic
Try also  not using canned food all of time, because these kinds of foods increasing diarrhoea of   the cat
I  donot advise you to use any  chicken soup or milk in this case also
