Actually this case it depend on the size of rupture or damaging of tissue, if it is simple and superficial  we can use teat cannula to release the milk out as easy as possible. and after that you must use treatment such as Alamycin 200ml-norbrook company-spray  twice daily for five days. also the most important thing in this case you should not let milk in udder of cow try every day use the same method. and i advise you to use AMOXICILLIN LA-norbrook 100ml give the cow IM daily  20-30ml as a dose therapy  for five times day after day, you can use also Dexamethazone ing as inflamatory agent due to inflammatory tissues  give it 20-30 ml IM  once time daily for five days
IF the rupture of teat is large you can  make suture to treat the ripped nipple but it needs local anesthetic agent sch as lidocaine 20% spray or zilocaine and need surgical instruments
You can use iodine tencure as disinfectant
And you must use the same treatments mentioned previously
But, i advise all of time try to release milk out of udder until  nipple become in recovary
