THIS CASE SHOULD TAKE TREATMENT such  as tetracycline-oxytetracycline powder
so you must buy oxytetracycline 50% powder BAYER COMPANY or NOOR BROK COMPANY
GIVE half gram of tetracycline in 200ml of distal water then give  the turtle
in mouth-oraly  2ml of solution once daily for five days and i advise you to put him in good home management avoiding sever cold or rainy weather or dusty weather try to keep him as will as you can, thats way will improve the immunity system to be soonly going on to recavory health
