 according to the clinical sings and the case history of the goat disease ,i advise you to buy theses treatment as soon as possible:
you must buy pen-strep-pencillin 100ml ingection from vetrenarian pharmacy give the goat 5ml IM daily for five days
you should also if all udder is swelling use udderin ointment or cream as infammatory agent to cover all udder and teats  use once daily for 5 days also
you should to remove the milk from udder every day after that we must buy intramamary infusion procain-benzyl pencillin but 2 apmoule in the two teats every day for 5 days  locally
if the goat is not pregnant give dexamethazone 5ml ingection intra muscular daily for 5 days
