I have chevrolet epica ls automatic 2010.i want to change or repair the auto gearbox.please let me know repair is better or change.also i want to know can manual gearbox fit to epica 6cylinder engine.and which models gearbox can fit to it.please give me complete information.

Dear sir
we recommend to change your automatic gearbox not to repair it because the costs for each repairing or changing is approx. similar.
repairing : you don't know what parts you will change.
Better changing your car's gearbox by good conditions used one, you can find it in car scraps.
Regard to your question about changing your gearbox from automatic to manual, we don't recommend this changing because of :
1. changing not easy , it's need a professional mechanic to do it.
2.mechanic need to modify the chassis to have a new base for the manual gear.
3. you need a new clutch kit and a new oil maintenance.
4.you have to do some changing on the interior of driver cabin, as follow:
- a new manual gear lever and it's upholstering.
- a new clutch pedal.
5. the car have to be reprogramming with all computers of the car.
- we advise you to buy a new manual gearbox epica , and not to change the gear.
-the manual gearbox that fit 2010 epica is the 2006 and 2009 manual gearbox for epica and you can find them in the scraps in Riyadh.

 No it is not  fit ,only 2010 automatic gearbox fits
I mean only manual gearbox

Dear sir please give me a best advise.my epica ls 2010 gearbox has damaged.do i repair it.if i repair it for how long it will go on.dear sir i have found a 2009 epica ls 6cylinder automatic car.its gearbox is ok.can i replace with it.and also tell me approximat cost.

The best advice is to change your car gearbox by the one you found in epica 2009.
The approx. cost is 2500 SR.

Its mean that 2009 and 2010 automatic gearbox are the same and i can replace it.

Please let me clear that the gearboxes are automatic not manuel.
