according to my own opinion of this case it is defficult to treat it but also we try to improve this case to be sure you should make ultrasound detection of each site which broken down then if really found you must by these treatment:
VITAMIN-Bcomplex100ml ingection give the dog 3 cc daily for 5 days 
you should also give the dog Gepsona structure due to the fracture in thigh and pelvis for 20 days through this period give the dog CALCUM  GLUCONATE 5 ml SC daily for 3 days but pefor giving calcium you have to be sure that the tempreture of dog in normal range
