I moved to Bahrain 4 months ago. Changing career and place had been too overwhelming and depressing. Upon my arrival I came to know that my 4-year boyfriend has bipolar disorder and sever depression coupled with episodes of anexiety. He was diagnosed 8 years ago and been off medication for almost 7 years now. Don't know how to handle the relationship. The dos and don'ts. He is not at all the talkative type. Too secretive and private backed with sever commitment issues

Madam, bipolar emotional disorder means that the temper of the person is not good and often he/she gets depressed or relieved. It is a sickness bipolar which makes the mood swing in ordinary situations.

Treatment in such situation is a stabilizer which makes the person act normal and when he/she takes the medicine, but if he/she does not take the medicine without a prescription from the doctor, he/she will feel a deep depression.
