• You must have salary in the same bank
• The salary must be more than the minimum standard of the bank
• You must be having an end of service benefits in which the loan must be as equal as the end of service benefits
• Some banks provides loans with 15 times or more. It depends on the bank's regulation
• The company that you work for has to be on the list of multiple companies program at the bank
• You have to have a work period for the company for 3 or 6 months and more
• The bank forces you to pay two thirds of your salary
