according to the case history of the dogyou should  to treat this case use Alamycin spray 200ml-norbrook-company twice daily for 3 -5 days iyou should also use  pen-strep pencillin 100ml norbrook company  ingection by 2mlSC -IM daily for 5 days and i advise to take care with the bruised as you can do to get over the in flammation  also you should buy  anti HISTAMINICS
liquid 50ml ingection give the dog 1 cc-SC-IM ingection daily for 5 days and the rest for dog is  important
