Your friend has to reach an agreement with the bank. As she/ he has to explain the mechanism of paying the installments of the loan, so he/she does not face legal accountability against him/her. These security cheques allows the bank to raise a case against your friend and he/she will be ruled against, according to the article 401 of the federal penal code. 

Article 401 stipulates that, any person gives a cheque with no balance or cannot be withdrew from the bank, he will be verdict with prison time from a month to three years. Or he will pay a fine.

Any one gives another a false cheque or impersonate another person's permissions authority by giving a cheque without a balance will be punished with the same penalty. Keep in mind that the article did not differentiate between cheques with security or without
