Benefits after resign in the company then i work...

I would like to explain that, article 24 of the Qatari labor law regarding calculating the end of service benefits states that, the employee who completed a year at service  deserves the end of service benefits in addition to any amount of money as follow:

• The basic salary and the costs of living allowance for three weeks on each year of the first ten years of service
• The basic salary and the costs of living allowance for four weeks on each year of the first five years of service
• The basic salary and the costs of living allowance for five weeks on each year of the years of service, if his service is more than ten years
• The basic salary and the costs of living allowance for six weeks on each year of the years of service, if his service is more than twenty years

Keep in mind that the employee deserves a reward for the fracture of the year 

Article 20 states that, the employee who completed a year at service deserves the end of service benefits in addition to the fractures of the year

Moreover, if the employer terminates the contract of the employee who completed eleven months at service deserves the reward, while the terms of the article 20 have to be excluded in that case

The employer has the right to cut any debt from the reward. This is what has been stated in the Qatari labor law
