My father is 62 years old by chance while making CT Scan , we find that he had 1- Right mid zonal mass lesion measuring 40x43 mm in its cross sectional diameters the lesion is seen intensely enhancing with 2 feeding segmental arteries are seen originating from the right main renal artery 2- normal appearance of the renal arteries with no tumoral invasion seen 3- normal CT angiography of the abdominal aorta $ its main branches 4- no evidence of aortic stenotic segments, aneurysm all dialatation dissecting intimate flaps 5-normal aortic bifurcation with patent both via 6- patent caeliac trunk, SMA,IMA and both renal arteries with no stenotic lesions or vascular occlusion 7- scanned portion of the abdominal organs are free For bones : isotopic bone scan rebort 1- intense tracer uptake is seen over right 8th and 9th ribs posteriorly no other active or cold focal bony lesions $ split kidney function is normal &GFR is normal Total renal GFR = 88.3ml / min Split kidney function is Left kidney = 45.8 mil/min. = 51.9%. Right kidney = 42.5mil /min = 48.1 ٪‏ Both kidneys Both renogram curves are normal as regard shape , amplitude & time sequence Normal function And morphology of both kidneys Well perfumed both kidneys with normal rate of selective tracer handling Accumulation & washout with good parenchyma like transit time Another CT Scan : There is two RT & single LT posterior rib fractures No pleural or pericardial effusion No mediastinal masses or LNs enlargements seen Normal examined cuts through the upper abdomen Another CT Scan Scanned lung bases revealed small right middle lung lobe pulmonary nodul with another tiny pleural based calcified nodule. Norm CT of the other
