Hello Dr how r you I wanna ask you my wife is pregnant from last 2 months pregnancy after missed 1st period she went for pregnancy test dr told her she is pregnant but now after 2 months she went for ultrasound then dr said ultrasound don't show pregnancy what does it mean please tell me we are very upset

if pregnancy test is positive but the doctor cann't see anything in the ultrasound at 2 months it meas that there was an abortion that happened,
so don't be sad just follow up with the doctor in order to check if there is any problem.
