These symptoms my be due to bacterial or parasite infection transmitted to you through food.
The main part in treatment is rehydration.
So you have to drink alot of water to replace the fluid that will loss with diarrhea or you can buy oral rehydration solution and this better
I advice you to eat potato, rice. and bread and avoid eat fatty food .
You can take Flagyl 500mg three time a day and Ciprofloxacine 500mg twice time a day for 7 days if you have fever.
If these symptoms do not improve for 3 days you have to vist doctor.
