Hello doctor,
ive been suffering from an upper right thigh discomfort, the bone beside the pubic area feels like it have moved , swelled or something which is causing a discomfort and a pain like feeling. It doesnt feel like my left bone thigh , and when ever i move it irritates and trigger pain. I can even sense a ball like bone which is not present on the left side. It suddenly occurred, wasn't feeling that before.
What do you think the reason is? should i do some sort of test, or it is not that important?

regarding your question :
these things can't be diagnosed by only the symptoms that you have described,
i need to examine you in order to achieve a diagnosis,
investigations are needed too, like X-Ray
anyways from the describtion i think your problem is mostly due to Lymphadinitis in the groin area which is presented with symptoms like you have felt.
this is treated by Antibiotics like
Zinnat 500 mg
twice / day for 10 days
Trufen 600 mg
twice / day
but you need to be seen by a doctor to verfy our diagnosis by clinical examination and investigations
