Uric acid is achemical that created from break down of subestance calld purins that found in liver, beans,bear,beas.
It travels from blood to kidneys and excreated in urin
If it not remaved or body broduce large amount of it,, it accumulate and called hyperuricemia
Hyperuracemia can lead to type of arthraitis called gout.
- you shouldent eat any thing contain purins like red meat,, sardines,, liver,, beans
- you shouldnt drink bear
- you can take drug called alluprinol to excreat uric acid from blood.
- you should find the cause of increase uric acid
