I have hepertension and take medication to lower blood pressue last several days I feel I have a hernia.. my blood presure is very high 170/90 is this because a feel I have a hernia

regarding to your question:
several things can affect Blood Pressur reading as:
- stress is the major one
- salty diet
- smoking
- if you talk during measurmet it can increase systolic BP by 10-15 mmhg
- kidney disease
- thyroid gland disorder
90% that your high BP ue to stress and your thinking about you have a hernia.
you should be relax ,, follow up your BP for few days.
And if still high you must visit adoctor.
