good evening, i am a 17 year old girl, about 4 months ago i slept over with my boyfriend but we did not have sex , i then missed my period for 2 months i went to the doctor and i got diagnosed with pcos and an ovarian cysts and she gave me primoult-nor so i can get my period and about a week later i got very heavy and painful blood that lasted about 6 days(6th of march) that was a month ago i , i went back to the doctor because i had non stop pain and constipation , the pain was bad and i also feel a pulsing sensation on my abdomen a lot , the pain is all over my stomach including my ovary’s lower abdomen and upper abdomen i’ve also been bloated all the time evening when i don’t eat or i have just woken up my stomach it big the doctor told me the cyst is still there it’s 3cm and it’s a complex cyst but i have to get an mri to know exactly what it is , she said i wasn’t supposed to feel pain on my abdomen especially that it’s consistent and doesn’t stop , i was supposed to get my period this month on the 6th of april but i still didn’t , i am honestly worried if pregnant beacuse the cramps i get are weird and i feel like there’s movement in my stomach , i did do an ultrasound but they focused on the ovaries mostly and urine test but i am still very worried, i did serval pregnancy tests and they were all negative but i am still worried. i mostly want to know if it’s possible that a pregnant women takes something like primoult to regulate a menstrual cycle and get her period.
