I make labour complaint on my company on February...
I make labour complaint on my company on February 9 demanding on my contract.my company accepted with lobour to give me work.after that I make with draw the case on 13th.but my company no response and again they are not giving me work . when I check they make absconding in the same date when i withdraw the case. Please help me what to do for further

We would like to inform you that if the sponsor filed a complaint against the worker for his absence from work without right, so there are several criteria may be based on to prove that the absconding report is made without right, including, but not limited to the following:
1) The sponsor shall register the communication after the worker has filed a complaint against him with the Labor Office
2) The sponsor's registration of the absence report after the worker has submitted the application for transfer of the sponsorship
3) The sponsor assigns the worker specific work after submitting a report of absenteeism
You may remove the malicious report by filing an application at the General Directorate of Residence and Foreigners' Affairs
