Treatment of sinusitis:

In the case of bacterial infections, treatment is done using antibiotics that contain the active ingredient Ampicillin, Sulbactam, Ceftriaxone, or Erythromycin and anti-inflammatory drugs. Histamine, which works to calm and relieve inflammation and congestion, and sprays that contain corticosteroids, which work to reduce congestion and inflammation.
Diagnosis of sinusitis:
Diagnosis is made by taking a detailed medical history, family history, clinical medical examination of the patient, and performing the necessary medical examinations, which include blood tests, including a complete blood count (CBC), indicators of infection and inflammation (ESR and CRP), conducting examinations and allergy tests, and performing x-rays. These include X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans of the brain
