Vaginal bleeding treatment:
Vaginal bleeding is treated by discovering the cause that leads to the occurrence of these symptoms, after conducting the necessary medical examinations and reaching an accurate diagnosis. Treatment of bleeding includes non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen and medication that reduce bleeding such as Tranexamic acid. In addition to hormonal drugs such as birth control pills, and in the case of vaginal dryness, treatment is carried out using topical treatments such as ointments and creams that contain estrogen. In the case of a fungal infection, antifungal medicines that are taken orally containing Fluconazole or Miconazole, and in the case of a bacterial infection, treatment includes oral antibiotics such as Amoxicillin or Erythromycin and metronidazole.

Diagnosis:
Diagnosis is made through clinical medical examination, knowledge of the patient’s medical history, blood pressure check, complete blood test (CBC), Inflammatory markers (ESR and CRP), HbA1C and blood sugar test, pelvic ultrasound, with the possibility of examining the colposcope and taking a smear from the cervix for examination.
