Hi good morning I need legal advice ... I'm Carolina dimaano 39 yrs old I'm from Philippines... currently living in ajman.. I'm working for 2nyrs and 1 month in dubai as domestic helper in local family.. after I finish my contract for this family. I decided to work outside... from the house I working before... my contract end July 17. 2023 I have cancelation paper from my employer... I get a job month of August 1,2023 I work as sales production and merchandiser in sevan bakery for 1 month here in ajman branch.. cooperative... but the bad things happen to me for 1 month of working employer they use my remaining visa valid till August 15.2023 I work with them for 1 months and they give me promise to give me visa.. untill my grace period coming August 15 still not process my visa till I get fines from them i continue to work for this company I always fallow up about my visa but they still give me promise untill I decided to leave and ask my salary even my salary they not give me.... I can't complain that time because even offer letter they not give me I try to contact with this people but they start block my number... untill I decided to pay my fines and change my status and get visit visa. To not ve overstay... till I looking for job but still not find...and it's possible to file a case for this company... ???? I work before because I get traumatic experience with this people I been working hard. I work with them for 12 hours a day... I been dedicated to my work.... because I have 5 kids and Philippines and I'm a single mom but bcoz of this experience.. o lost everything.... now I have fines and overstay I'm waiting for amnesty... can u help me what to do for this situation... I hope you can read my message my visit visa expired last November 4,2023. Now I'm suppering for being jobless...
