I found out that i was pregnant, I go in the OB to get check up at first check up the size of my baby was 6weeks and 3 days we did ultrasound and the OB cannot find the heartbeat. She told me to drink folic acid and come back after a week. When i came back at her clinic we did an 2nd ultrasound and the baby was just 5weeks of size and still no heartbeat. The OB ask me about spotting or cramping and I don't have experience it until now
