What are the methods of treating piles?
Piles or hemorrhoids are common probem for many people, and it often occurs due to chronic constipation and pressure during defecation. So in the begenning, you do not need surgical intervention, but it is enough to follow some tips such as increasing the fiber intake such as vegetables and fruits, drinking plenty of water at least 2-3 liter per day to relieve constipation, and some laxatives such as Lactulose can be used once a day before bedtime. Diagnosis:
Hemorrhoids can be diagnosed by clinical examination by a general surgery which is enough in most cases, but in some cases a proctoscopy can be done to exclude the presence of tumors.
